Payment
1. We use PayPal Gateway accept all payment, all payments are secure.
2. We accept PayPal Credit payment, and all card that can used to PayPal.
3. Please go into your shopping cart, click “check out with Paypal” after reviewing your items. Log into your paypal account or use Paypal Guest and finish payment.
Shipping
1. We will shipping your order free.
2. The processing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days.
3. After shipping out your order, you will get a email include your tracking number.
4. You can tracking you order on https://www.17track.net/en.
5. All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends. Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.
6. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. If your shipment can't be located, please contact us for assistance.
7. Please don't leave your P.O. boxes address. Adress with P.O. boxes, Military Base are not accepted by carrier. Make sure the shipping address is the same as the address you set in paypal account, otherwise it will take time to verify and sometimes cause shipment pending.
